ASPE NOTES:

Here is what we’ve been up to:

We had an informal gathering at Growlers Pub in December to help celebrate the holidays. Unfortunately we had to cancel our January meeting due to a schedule conflict with our speaker.

Here’s what’s coming up: (subject to change)

We will be having another sporting clays outing in the spring. Bob McCann will be heading up this effort. Thanks Bob for all your hard work.

Our February meeting will feature Corey Sanders who will discuss BIM with us on Feb 17th at The Original Pancake House.

The March Meeting will feature James Benham discussing Social Media. This will be a joint meeting with AACE and NAIWIC.

Chapter 19 is hosting the regional spring meeting in Springfield IL. This is March 3rd with happy hours and dinner Friday March 2nd. If you haven’t been to a regional meeting before this is a good way to see how the society works on a larger scale. Hope to see you there.

We are also planning another “Meet the GC Estimators” event in March or April.

April will feature the Satellite Company discussing the cost of temporary offices and modular buildings

May will be our standard election, awards and Ethics meeting.
